Sunday worship this week, Feb 28, at 10:45. The sermon series from Paul's Letter to the Philippians continues, with focus on Chapter 2, verses 12 and 13. This short passage is full of paradoxes and puzzling statements. Sermon title is "Work out Your Salvation?"

We have heard that salvation is by grace through faith--a free gift--not by works. What can Paul mean when he says WORK out your salvation?

We have heard that knowing God's love, and learning to love God, casts out fear. What can Paul mean when he says "Work out your salvation with FEAR and TREMBLING?"

Read the verses yourself--better yet, read the whole letter, and come prepared to discover some new dimensions of Christian living.

HUNT is coming soon. We have an opportunity to participate in a city-wide event by "adopting" a city park near the church location and presenting an Easter Egg Hunt for the community, the Saturday just before Easter Sunday.
